        <p>
          These terms govern use of kiwerkzeuge Creator Studio, a creator-facing web application operated by Panomity GmbH for connecting a TikTok account, reviewing creator-owned video assets, uploading drafts, publishing approved posts, and tracking publish status.
        </p>

        <h2>Service scope</h2>
        <p>
          Creator Studio provides a web interface for TikTok Login Kit, creator profile and stats display, recent public video review, draft upload, direct publish, and signed webhook status tracking. The service may change over time as TikTok products, scopes, or review approvals change.
        </p>

        <h2>Account responsibility</h2>
        <p>
          You may only connect TikTok accounts that you are authorized to control. You remain responsible for all captions, videos, draft uploads, and direct posts sent through Creator Studio.
        </p>

        <h2>Acceptable use</h2>
        <ul>
          <li>Use Creator Studio only for lawful, authorized, and creator-owned content workflows.</li>
          <li>Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates TikTok rules, or contains malicious material.</li>
          <li>Do not attempt to bypass platform review limits, signature checks, rate limits, or access controls.</li>
        </ul>

        <h2>Availability</h2>
        <p>
          Creator Studio depends on TikTok APIs, network connectivity, and server availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every upload attempt will succeed. TikTok may delay, reject, or limit requests independently of Creator Studio.
        </p>

        <h2>Data and deletion</h2>
        <p>
          Creator Studio stores only the data needed to operate the connected workflow. See the privacy policy for details. Disconnecting the account removes the local token cache from the Creator Studio store, but TikTok-side records remain governed by TikTok.
        </p>

        <h2>Changes</h2>
        <p>
          We may update these terms when the app changes, when TikTok platform requirements change, or when operational needs require it. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
        </p>
