Last updated March 12, 2026.

kiwerkzeuge Creator Studio is operated by Panomity GmbH. This policy explains how the Creator Studio website uses data when a TikTok account owner connects their account with TikTok Login Kit and uses the reviewed content-posting workflow.

What we collect

TikTok account identifiers returned by TikTok, including open ID and basic profile metadata.

Access tokens and refresh tokens required to keep the connected creator session working.

Creator profile, creator stats, and recent public video metadata requested through approved TikTok scopes.

MP4 files that the connected creator explicitly uploads for draft upload or direct publish.

Publish status records and signed webhook payload metadata used to track whether an upload succeeded or failed.

Basic site session data needed to protect forms and complete the Login Kit return flow.

How we use this data

To connect a creator-owned TikTok account to the Creator Studio workspace.

To show the creator their own TikTok profile details, account statistics, and recent public videos.

To upload an approved MP4 to TikTok as a draft or direct post only after the creator chooses that action.

To receive and display TikTok publish status updates through signed webhook events.

To troubleshoot failures, prevent duplicate webhook processing, and maintain service security.

How data is stored

TikTok tokens, account metadata, and webhook audit logs are stored on the Creator Studio server in private files outside the public web root. Uploaded MP4 files are also stored outside the public web root and are only used for the creator-selected TikTok posting flow.

Sharing and processors

Creator Studio sends data to TikTok only when needed for Login Kit, user info retrieval, content posting, and webhook verification. We do not sell creator data. Data may be processed by our hosting providers only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Connected account data is kept until the creator disconnects the account or the local store is manually cleared. Uploaded media and webhook records may be retained for operational review and troubleshooting and may be deleted from local storage at any time by the service operator.

Your choices

A creator can stop using Creator Studio at any time. Disconnecting the account removes the local token cache from the Creator Studio store. The creator may also revoke app access from TikTok directly.
